Parents and Guardians,

I would like to welcome you to the My Little School – Early Education Center website.  My Little School is a licensed child care center with the State of Ohio and a provider of quality child care and Early Childhood Education.

Introduction

Please let me introduce myself.  My name is Clare Matley and I am the Owner and Director of My Little School.  My degree and background is in early education and I brought with myself 22 years of elementary school teaching prior to establishing My Little School in 1991.

Dream

As a parent or guardian you know, by watching your own child, that children at an early age not only are capable of learning but that they also love to learn new things.  So, during my years as a classroom teacher I had a dream to establish my own school in which children at an early age were provided the opportunities to go as far as they possibly could in reading, writing, arithmetic and science.

Vision

The vision I have always had for My Little School has been to set the standard by which all other preschool programs and facilities are measured.

Focus

Children are the focus of everything that we do.  With your involvement and participation in our educational activities I will see to it that the expectations you have for the care of your child are met or exceeded.

Our Center

As a mother and grandmother I fully understand that when looking for a child care provider the safety, well being and development of your child is your most important concern.  I am relentless in my efforts to maintain a safe, nurturing environment that provides appropriate developmental opportunities in which to stimulate and encourage your child.
